Exploring Flavours Of South India
Colline’s Kitchen is proud and excited to be collaborating with our friend Sasi Krishnan from Sasi Samyal for a special supper club Exploring flavours of South India.
Sasi is originally from Chennai, India, and now lives with her family in Thatcham. She started her business with delivering Indian cookery classes at Honesty Cookery School and working with children at Brockhurst & Marlston House. She enjoys preparing and cooking, sharing recipes and conducting forums for those who also love good food.
Sasi’s passion is cooking delicious and healthy food and sharing the diverse flavours of Indian cooking celebrating the Southern region of the country.
The evening will be an intimate supper club and alternative to restaurant dining. This supper club delivers delicious home made authentic Southern Indian food in a cosy friendly setting where we will be bringing people together to share a meal cooked by Sasi
The night will start off with a cocktail on arrival made with Bodha drinks. Guests will get the opportunity to sit down whilst enjoying Indian music in the background.
We will have other drinks and soft drinks throughout the evening and the food will cater for most dietary requirements
