Chocolate Making (Petit Fours)
Join us for a morning of chocolate making with a cup of tea and coffee in our cookery school. We will teach you to temper chocolate, a skill that you can use time and time again, you will make delicious enrobed chocolates filled with miso salt caramel, chocolate truffles and fudge, white chocolate and pistachio bon bons.
All your chocolate goodies will be wrapped ready for you to take home, either for a unique and personal gift or for you to enjoy with your family.
9.45 am: Arrive for welcome with some biscuits and tea
12.30 pm: Session comes to a close
