Join Mariella Bliss as she shares the secrets of Italian bread making.

Mariella has been successfully baking and selling focaccia and ciabatta for over 10 years. She will show you how to use a biga starter and handle a very wet dough for light but fully flavoured bread. On the way she will share her regional recipes and tips, teaching you to create the best focaccia, ciabatta, Tuscan schiacciata with grapes and vin santo, breadsticks, Neapolitan pizza and Amalfi doughnuts!

Maximum class size 8.   All levels of ability welcome.
