The Retreat
Whether you have already been practicing the Wim Hof Method, and want to deepen your practice, or are completely new to the Wim Hof Method…or somewhere in between…This weekend is for you.
Highly experiential, you will learn and practice the Wim Hof Method and delve in to the science behind the method, learning how to optimise your practice for your life.
Come on a journey to rediscover connection, movement and why knowing your body is essential for ultimate wellbeing and connection in life.
Going even deeper, you will learn how the body & mind is connected and how to access this amazing connection to bring yourself to calm, confident ease in any situation.
The retreat includes movement, breathwork, nature immersion, nutrition and ice bathing.
About Retreat Host Will Van Zyl
“Feel your body to free your mind”
Retreat host Will works as a trauma-informed Wellbeing and Performance Coach; holding a post graduate qualification from Bristol Business School (UWE). He is a registered coach with the EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council). Will is trained in trauma release, Shiatsu massage and Behavioural Change Counselling using Motivational Interviewing. He teaches yoga and is one of the highest rated Wim Hof Method Instructors (level 2) in the UK.

The retreat takes place at the heart of the Estate in secluded woodland at our tranquil Wild Swim lake and sauna. Breathwork and movement also takes place in Wasing Woodlands.
Accommodation
Our bell tent accommodation is a further opportunity to reconnect with your surroundings, combined with a sprinkle of comfort. Each offers twin beds, either for solo or twin occupancy, with memory foam mattresses, a side table and night light, all with linen supplied. Wash in nature under one of our three hand-made copper woodland showers. When making a booking, please select whether you would like a single or shared occupancy bell tent.
