Valentines Tour and Afternoon Tea
Join them on Saturday 11th or Sunday 12th February 2023 to celebrate the romance of Valentine’s Day at Highclere Castle.
Enjoy a themed Valentine’s Day Champagne Afternoon Tea with a special guided tour of Highclere Castle.
Your tour will begin in the warmth of the Saloon at the heart of the Castle.
Their guides will take you through the State Rooms where you can enjoy hearing about the history of the Castle and the works of art, as well as anecdotes from the filming.
You will also have the opportunity to explore the Egyptian Exhibition in the atmospheric cellars of the Castle.
This tells the story of the world-famous discovery of the Tomb of Tutankhamun in 1922 by the 5th Earl of Carnarvon and Howard Carter.
Your tour will be followed by a Champagne Afternoon Tea in our Tearooms served by their very own butler, Luis, and his team.

Tickets are £150 per person to include the guided tour of the Castle, entry to the Egyptian Exhibition, Champagne Afternoon Tea in their Tea Room as well as a signed copy of Lady Carnarvon’s latest book “The Earl and the Pharaoh”.
