Formed with the aim of promoting virtuosic brass chamber music of the highest level through concerts, recordings and educational projects, their performances include: BBC Radio 3 In-Tune (Live broadcasts), recitals at St Johnʼs Smiths Square, Buxton Festival, The Northern Aldborough Festival, Cuivres en Dombes, Santa Fiora Musica, San Quirico d’Orcia and Tromsøʼs Nordlysfestivalen.
This evening’s programme from England and Germany contrasts popular brass arrangements of music by Handel, Haydn, and Beethoven alongside lighter works by The Beatles, The Kinks and Noel Coward.
