Getting Ready For Christmas Events 2022
We all know that Christmas can often become a whirlwind of last minute preparations.
So to get in the Christmas spirit, join us as we prepare for the big day, ahead of time.
Everything you make on this course is designed to go home with you and be stored in the fridge or freezer ready for Christmas Day, making cooking and serving Christmas day lunch so much easier.
• Arrive at 9.45am for tea and coffee and course introduction
• Hands on cookery session making 12 portions of each of the following (which you take home for Christmas day): mince pies (making flaky puff pastry and mincemeat filling), bread sauce, cranberry compote, rosemary and turkey gravy, and apricot and chestnut stuffing. Plus a chocolate yule log.
• Talk with our chef and run through cooking the perfect turkey on the day
• Course comes to a close at 2pm with a tea or coffee and a slice of the chef’s yule log
