Under Mariella’s expert advice you will learn to create the following specialities –
Panpepato: luxurious ingredients – spices, dried citrus fruits, nuts and chocolate come together to create a light flavourful cake that you can tailor to your own taste
Ricciarelli and Amaretti biscuits: almondy biscuits with chewy exterior and subtle marzipan centres, each with a subtly different flavour
Mostarda di Mele – a unique preserve, perfect served with cold meats and cheese
Scorzette arancia – sweet smelling preserved orange peel, dipped in dark chocolate
Mariella will also demonstrate how to gift wrap what you have produced to show it off to best effect and give you the opportunity to do the same with your own goods.
Serve them up to your family and friends or pass them on as gifts!
There will be plenty of delights to sample on the day along with a light lunch of Honesty seasonal soup and breads.
