Entertainment Venues Start to Reopen

Entertainment Venues Start to Reopen | West Berkshire Villagers

As the nation eagerly anticipates being able to enjoy live entertainment once more, we take a look at venue’s opening plans in West Berkshire.

All indoor theatres, indoor gig venues and cinemas are able to reopen in England from May 17, but going to the theatre won’t be quite the same as before, as capacity at indoor venues will be limited. The Prime Minister has announced restrictions could end in England on June 21 when it is planned that “legal limits on social contact will be removed” – allowing full-capacity gigs and festivals with no social distancing . According to Boris Johnson, rapid testing might be introduced as part of the return of larger performances.
