2020 has been quite a year. Many of us are looking to next year with high hopes. The coronavirus pandemic has really changed the way we eat and shop for food, as well as renewed our interest in staying healthy.

It is not surprising that Immunity is a hot topic for 2021. Soups, Salads & Breakfasts are a good way to include Vitamins A, C and D in your diet. Vitamin A can be found in things like fish, cow's milk, eggs, carrots, spinach greens and winter squash.
