West Berkshire Youth

As we come out of lockdown, it is even more important that we keep young people, supporters, friends and club leaders updated.
501 Club Did you know that we run our very own lottery? It feels like our best kept secret, but we don't want to it to be this way any more! Find out how you can help us raise funds to support our work supporting, empowering and inspiring the young people of Berkshire for just £1 per month!
Some of you may have noticed the numerous engagements between Berkshire Youth and MNR Coaching across our social media channels. We have worked together on several different projects recently in order to support young people after such a challenging 12 months.
New Wellbeing Programme In our recent survey of almost 700 local young people, 77% of respondents stated that mental health and wellbeing are one of the most important issues currently facing them and their peers. Berkshire Youth recognises the enormous challenges young people have faced over the last year and that many are still struggling. This week we are launching a new Wellbeing Programme for students across West Berkshire secondary schools.
Meet the Trustees - Jim Leftwich Some of you may already know Jim who has been part of Berkshire Youth for 39 years and Chairman for more than 30 years. Jim last lived in Berkshire 48 years ago, last worked in the county 20 years ago and was never a member of a youth club – how’s that for a Berkshire Youth CV? But that’s another story!
