This is a Telephone Interview Colline, originally from Zimbabwe and now living in Newbury, describes her journey from family dinner parties to owning her own popular cafe and cake making business, what she is doing right now and her plans for a cultural hub in the future.

The Salts, who are one of the most exciting and energetic concepts around performing original material alongside their own interpretations of traditional songs we all know and love. Their live shows have been going down a storm throughout the UK at festivals and venues alike. The band feature five seasoned musicians collectively performing a mixture of instruments as well as great harmonies and are guaranteed to get the crowd singing and dancing along. Their second album ‘Brave’ received rave reviews and radio plays from around the world. Shop from a range of local stallholders this festive season. From artwork and ceramics to clothing and accessories, there will be something for all your loved ones. The market will run from 10am to 3pm, all tickets need to be booked in advance, there will be no tickets available on the door. You can select an arrival time below and please arrive promptly because you will have 1 hour to enjoy the stalls and purchase some lovely gifts! We are asking for a contribution towards the running of the day, so we are charging a small entry fee £2 per adult (plus £0.75 booking fee) and Children go free. There will be a small café area, where we will be providing table service - for you to take a seat and purchase light refreshments. The Mary Hare Foundation will also be hosting a raffle with a great selection of prizes to be won. Further information and COVID 19 guidelines will be sent to you closer to the event.
